These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bit Iron VPN service. By using Bit Iron, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.
By downloading, installing, or using Bit Iron software or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bit Iron.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Use of the Service by minors is not permitted without verified parental consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Bit Iron immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Bit Iron is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security. You may not transfer your account to any other person.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service is intended to protect your online privacy, secure your connection, and allow access to the open internet. Bit Iron is designed for personal and business privacy use cases.
You may not use the Service to engage in any of the following: • Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data (hacking) • Distribution of malware, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious code • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications • Illegal downloading, sharing, or distribution of copyrighted content • Any form of harassment, abuse, or threats against individuals or groups • Activities that violate the laws of any applicable jurisdiction • Reselling or sublicensing the Service without explicit written authorization from Bit Iron • Circumventing any technical measures that limit the Service Bit Iron reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts found to be engaging in prohibited activities without prior notice.
Bit Iron operates under a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or share connection logs, IP addresses, browsing activity, or any data that could identify individual user activity. Our privacy architecture is designed so that even if compelled by legal authority, we have no data to provide. We collect only the minimum data necessary to maintain your account and process payments. Bit Iron strives to provide continuous, reliable service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect service. We will provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible. Bit Iron is not liable for losses resulting from temporary service unavailability.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except within the 30-day money-back guarantee window applicable to paid plans. To request a refund within this period, contact [email protected] with your order details. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided. Bit Iron reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bit Iron and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The total liability of Bit Iron for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Bit Iron reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bit Iron is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
